I first tried yoga back in 2018 and instantly fell in love with how it made me feel. Over time, I came to understand the deeper, transformative impact yoga has, not just on the body, but on the mind and nervous system. What started as a physical practice evolved into a powerful tool for mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner calm. Having spent years practising, I then became a certified yoga teacher in 2025, dedicated to helping others find strength, balance, and calm through mindful movement. My teaching style is inclusive and adaptable, whether you're a complete beginner or have an experienced practise. I offer both group and private classes, with a focus on creating a supportive, welcoming space where you can grow at your own pace. Yoga has been a transformative part of my life, and I love sharing its physical and mental benefits with others.
